snacks
eating nuts
and drinking water
as the salt burns my lips.
with a million other things i can do,
i sit here at my computer and eat.
i seem to have accidentally
pulled all of the chocolate chips
out of my nut mix
even though i wasn't
trying to.
so now i'm
left with salt
still burning my lips
still drinking my water
still procrastinating on
an end that should have come
a long time ago.
