They're getting excited

For new jobs

And new boots

and scarf weather

They bake

And make holiday drinks

And seem to like everything....

They like the long winter nights

The snow days

And keepsakes

They like the company

And the chaos

They even like eachother...

Day old wine

In the windowsill

On the nightstand

And writing naked in my bed
