We have been working with a business consulting group, Summit Salons, specifically for salons and our pricing was generated by taking the demographics of the area, our expenses and other similar salons prices, to keeping it comparable.

In order to retain good stylist that stay and make this a career and not just another part time job, we believe stylist should be compensated for their talent. We are one of the few salons in town that offer 401k and paid vacation. We have 6 levels of stylist and Lorenzo is a Masterstylist Level 3. The other stylist are all Level 1 and their prices are about $14 less per service. We also have systems in place like Vish, which is an electronic scale that measures clients formulas and stores the recipes for common use by all stylists. So if you love your formula any level stylist can recreate it for you.

Our menu is an a la cart menu and just like most things now a days we like to give clients the choice to book only the services they want and not charge them for the once they don’t need. The blow dry is $55 for a Level 1 and that is the same price everywhere in Las Vegas.

I believe in only offering the best quality. Kerastas, Shu Uemura Oribe L’Oréal and Iles are the top 5 hair care products in the world and we carry them all. Our booking system is one of the best and most expensive in the industry called Boulevard. We are a green circle salon and recycle or reuse everything including hair, wasted chemicals, fools etc and ship it out to Canada to be repurposed. We are in the best location in Lake Las Vegas
