Do you have a pen? Okay here, take this sheet of paper. I want you to write down exactly what I say 5 times, okay? 5 times. Don’t ask why, don’t say anything. Just do what I tell you.
Write down, in capital letters, “CZ”, then put a space, and then write, “84721”.
You got that? Okay, good. Thank you. Now write that four more times.
It doesn’t matter why; it does matter but I’m not going to tell you why I’m having you do this until you’ve written it out all 5 times.
Just do it.
Are you done?
Okay, great. Thank you.
I had you write down those numbers and letters 5 times so that you would remember them. You have them down in your head from writing them, don‘t you? Exactly, that’s what I was going for.
Look, I walked here today. I know it’s far. I know, I wouldn’t have done this if the thing didn’t happen.
My family’s car was stolen, okay? We have no idea where it is, all we know is that it’s gone and we’re trying to get people to memorize the license plate so that it’s recognizable when out on the road so you can call it in.
I understand if this is weird, I understand that you have no idea who I am and that you’re probably uncomfortable and I’m very sorry about that. I really am.
My family desperately needs our car back. My dad couldn’t go into work today because he has to drive out a few towns over to Willoughby each day, he works at the clinic there. His boss was all upset at him and that anger that carried onto him he carried onto the rest of us.
Please, if you see it out on the road, please call the cops and tell them you know of a stolen car that you’ve spotted and where you’re at. If they ask about how you know it’s a stolen car, I can write out all of my information like my name, address and phone number on the paper so you have it in case they ask.
Thank you so much for listening and doing everything I’ve asked. Yeah, I’ll go ahead and write my information down.
There you go. Again, thank you so much, I hope you have an amazing day! Thank you, of course.
Goodbye.
