Escape

In a world filled up with colour,

From the centre grows a tree,

As you climb, each branch gets smaller,

Just strong enough to hold me.

On my little coloured planet,

In my tree I gaze up yonder,

Counting shooting stars, a habit.

I let my thought filled mind wander.
