The Epworth Scale of Guilt
Before sleeping on my bed of lies I'll brush my guilty teeth, wash my guilty face, and still maintain that I am clean. That I'm somehow innocent.
The mirror berates me. I devolve into sleep...
Incidentally, good people can sleep badly. I'll toss and turn like I turned on you all night.
