On The Way
As the lights would dim
My journey began
A one to change my fate
were others would escape.
The path that I took
was not as clear
But as trails would go
this one was to fear
Iron bars from miles to go
the winding stones
and slabs of coal
nails and scraps
pepper the road
Waves rise
winds blow
suns scorch
and the heat
grows
Water low
Stomach, no
Shoes worn
From this evermore... 1A
