the sound
of bitter regret
from the children
of reject.
Even father
MacKenzie
of the Sun
feels dizzy with
buyer’s remorse.
But don’t worry
we’ll soon wake
up from this
pythonesque curse.
Like the knights
who say Ni!
we’ve often
had worse.
