Eventually
Float like a butterfly,
The sea is warm.
Each flutter of your wing
Can be the start of a storm.
Before that may come silence,
Not the peace that one may keep.
Nature engulfs us in violence,
Still waters also run deep.
Petals in springtime bloom,
Only to wither in autumn’s chill.
Anticipating the summer’s thrill,
But knowing winter is waiting still.
I see the seasons in the field,
As time turns the wheel, never to yield.
Each time around, a layer is peeled,
Revealing the truths that once were concealed.
Let past, present the future with a shield
To protect the hope from what uncertainties wield.
Answers come sealed till it’s time to reveal
What does fate have in store it has yet to unveil?
Whatever may come, be honest my heart,
For truth is the way that always sets you free.
When all’s said and done, no matter how hard,
You are in the place where you’re supposed to be.
The liberty of life ripens eventually,
Like fruit that falls when it’s time naturally.
Not plucked for persuasion, used for temptation originally,
But nurtured to nourish, harvest
then replant the seed
The bite of shame and suffering that made me feel guilty
If only could change into blessings that heal me
All the stars at arm’s length, not just in mythology,
Within reach through your gift and generosity
Overflowing abundance upon that, all live happily,
Where love and energy intertwine seamlessly.
Never wandering, with Jesus right next to me
No pondering with God there is no mystery,
Not ever neglected the spirit always is listening
Omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent for infinity
To hear the clarity of HIS word holy-dimensional by this Trinity.
