We all bleed the same
A man that kisses men,
who just wanted to dance,
shot dead at the place
that made him comfortable at last.
A young woman, she walks,
down the street all alone.
They say it must be her body or maybe her clothes.
Stolen wallet, stolen soul.
A white man who was taught
that color means danger,
gets a badge to play God
to decide the fate of a stranger.
All playing a part in society's game.
It seems humanity has forgotten:
We all bleed the same.
