“The World I Want To See”
The world in which we live
Seems great in all aspects
Until you see the true human being
We fight, we argue, we rage
More than we share, protect, or help
We think we are the center of attention
We think we are superior
We are not greater than each other
Gay, straight, skinny, fat, Islamic, or Hindi
We are all the same
Made of cell after cell to from one another
We are individually good
But together the best
We share, we help, we protect, and we prevail
That is how it should be
But you rather get offended when someone judges your race, religion, or sexual identity
Who cares about the next president or next movie
We should care how we can end the bullying
Of anti race, religion, or gender groups
And become the best we can be
But only if we work together in Unity
That is the world I want to see
