But the space void

The hole in your heart transmuted to your head

The only balance I have is within my void

The bones of my body lay scattered

Submerged in frigid waters

the lights go out

I lay back with my arms stretched wide

Waiting for the sea to swallow me whole

Darkness enters

My body lay still on the sea floor

I give in to the shadows

What was once a void

Is now filled with water

Eyes wide open

I now see the light
