Exile
In the darkness,
You will find me,
And in the light,
You will guide me.
Nor moon, nor sun,
Will shine upon thee,
Yet, forever you run,
And struggle to see.
Never has such dishonour lived,
At my feet you beg and beg,
Here you are drenched in dread,
For now you have price upon head.

Prose
Geezer: "Oi, you there mate, you got a minnit?"
Yowwa: "Sure, what is it?"
Geezer: "'Ere wot's this bleedin' Prose thing then? My little 'un gets in from school an' 'e's straight on 'is bleedin' phone, doin' this sissy writin' lark on this free thing 'e got - so wot's that all about then?"
Yowwa: "Sissy writing thing?"
Geezer: "Yus you 'eard me. 'E's got this girly thing wot 'e writes on, I've never 'eard nuthin' like it mate, I don't bring 'im up to be no bleedin' sissy eh! So wot's it all about then?"
Yowwa: "Did you say he'd got himself signed up for Prose? If he has done then he's taken a very positive step towards bettering himself."
Geezer: "You wot mate? 'Ow the bleedin' 'ell is 'e' gonna better 'imself by gettin' that load of old tosh?"
Yowwa: "It isn't tosh, it's a mobile application that houses an online community that support and encourage each other to advance their writing and reading skills, through challenges and recognisable achievements."
Geezer: "Are you takin' the bleedin' piss mate? Are you fackin' sure? You listen to me mate, 'is future is in the labour market mate, 'e's gonna foller 'is dad in the buildin' trade - 'e' ain't no bleedin' writer. 'Ow is 'e' gonna better 'imself through writin' then, come on mate you tell me?"
Yowwa: "Listen, if he has shown an interest in the literary world - which he has done by downloading Prose, then you should encourage him to pursue it. After all, Prose is administered by Professionals, and among the team are Published Authors who earn a good living through writing. I promise you he will be well looked after as he enters the Prose community, and after all, who knows where it may lead him."
Geezer: "Proper authors you say? Earnin' good money you say? But wot if 'e's not good enough to be one of them authors eh? Wot's 'e gonna do then?"
Yowwa: "Nothing is guaranteed in life, and how far your son develops his skills is up to him. Anyway, he can still earn a crust as a builder if he so chooses, just using Prose in his spare time, purely for fun."
Geezer: "Hmm, so it won't cost 'im nothin'? An' 'e can just use it for a bit of a lark like. Hmm, as long as 'e don't get no sissy ideas above 'is station then. 'Oright then I'll 'ave a look meself then, jus' to make sure it's oright."
Yowwa: "Good man, after all, you both having nothing to lose, except perhaps boredom."
Geezer: "You callin' me borin' eh?"
Yowwa: "No, not at all, here's my bus so I have to go. Good luck, I'll look out for you both when you sign up, it's great fun, I promise. "
Geezer: "Cheers."
