Isolation

No one thought the world could be so still,

with not a single human being roaming on the streets.

So quiet, calm and peaceful,

yet so terrifying at the same time.

Everyone so distant,

afraid and locked in.

Maybe this is how everything is supposed to end,

with everyone isolated.
