Talk someone out of suicide
What would you tell your child, friend, family member, etc if they came to you saying they were suicidal? Some people don't have anyone to turn to so let's give them a place for some hope.
One rule: No negativity. Suicide isn't a joke and it's not something to be ashamed of or made fun of.

Breathe
There is only one real way to talk someone out of ending their life, and that is by love and sincerity. You have to look them straight in the eyes and tell them three simple words that mean so much, "You are loved." Tell them to take a deep breath and pull them into a tight hug. Tell them that they mean so much to the world and their future is bright. Make them picture a house, a significant other, and possibly some kids. Show them that none of that can be possible without them, and after they picture it, repeat the first thing you said. "You are loved." That one simple phrase can save someone's life.
