People are sick these days

Killing the animals, who are supposed to be their friends

Torturing them, abusing them

Pretending to be their friends

Why are people doing this?

Some people might say that it amuses them

Some people say that it's fun

That is no way to treat anyone

Especially a poor animal

Cruelty.

That's what it is

I walk along into the dark of night

Remembering when the day showed light

But now it's gone,

The darkness is here

This might have been just what I feared

The humans here, destroying all

And everything else begins to fall

I do un holy things

But don't you dare call me a sinner

But don't you ever say I steal

I'm one who lies

I'm not skinny

But don't you ever call me fat

I don't have a Barbie doll complexion

But don't you call me ugly

I'm don't ace all my tests

But don't you think for a second I'm stupid

I can be mean

But you dare not say I'm a bully

You cannot label me

And you cannot say I'm something I am not

I am who I know I am

That's a fact

Just go for it, go!

People may say no

But whatever it is

Put on a show!

Your show may not be great

But if you rake, and you rake,

You can find something great

An idea..

Just for you!

Who cares if people boo?

You know that you are you

Isn't that what matters?

Not the place that you go

Or the clothes that you wear

Just do what you love

Your life will keep going higher

Ignore the haters

You probably will be hired

No need to wear a wig
