Letter
Dear, Mother
I wonder if you can see me from the great beyond, would you be proud of the women I’ll became or would you look back into my past and be disappointed of all the failures and mistakes I have made. Every morning I wake up with the thought of you, every restless night tossing & turning wishing I could just see your face one time. It could only be in a dream that would feel so real to turn into a reality, would be like a nightmare for most that wouldn’t understand. Freedom, peace, & happiness is where you are & where I want to be.
P.S. In peace may you leave the shore. In love may you find the next. Safe passage on your travels until our final journey to the ground. May we meet again.
Seduction
Her skin was as soft as feathers, her eyes was as blue as the sea, her lips was as sweet as mangoes, & her body was built as an hourglass. How could you not be seduced by her? She could make dreams turn into reality with the Snap of her fingers. If you stare at her long enough, she’ll put you in a trance. She can’t lead you astray if you were already on that path. Lusting after what she craved but never what she needed. Satisfaction was all she desired.
Scars
We carry scars with us everywhere we go. Whether it’s visible or hidden, they are a reminder of the pain we hide inside. It Hurts like a burning flame scraping against your skin. After a while it will heal but you will still be left with a scar, that will only remind you of the pain that you hideaway. Shameful to say but it will last forever, make up will cover it but not for long, it’s now a part of you so take pride in your scars for they are a reminder of your strength.
Wanderer
As I lay here drifting off into the distance, seeking for answers that will not be found or told, on this dreadful cold night my thoughts wander, where have you gone? why have you gone? So fast at the speed of lightning you vanished Before my eyes, never would have seen it coming, just my imagination I tell myself over and over, As the wind blows through the trees and every drop of rain hits this foggy window, I drift off onto a Stream where dreams lie and peace is met, where I wander, things have not yet been seen.
