I love life.

I want to live a long time. This is why I quit my job over the summer. Though we educators were able to work from home in my state in the spring, for some reason the decision was made to have HUNDREDS of kids come back into the school buildings in August when our state was in the midst of a huge COVID-19 surge.

I take care of my family now, but I resent not getting paid. Of course I realize it was my choice to retire early, and I do believe we’re safer. (A teacher who was younger than I am had taught for my school district. He died the week before last of the novel coronavirus. I am saddened by this.)

On another note, words sometimes get stuck in my head. The name Sadwinistic got stuck in there for days on end! Then one day, I saw where you said you’d forgotten what your name was on here. Bwa! Ha! Ha! I loved that about you. (And I love your name, Sadwinistic, how wild!)
