don't spend to much time describing the absence of of the rest of them
imagery exists even without vision
and the vibrations of bass can sweep through even the deaf
focus on the heightened sense
let it overwhelm the reader
inner dialogue is key
don't overemphasize self pity
I would write a chapter based on someone who is deaf or blind. If you choose deaf explain how the sense of sight is hyper active to compensate. If you choose blind use the sense of touch to describe your world of black.
