Sun & Moon

She was the Sun

       And I was the Moon

She told me she loved me

       But that wasn't true...

She said she would hold me

       That she would search for a way...

But I waited & waited

        For nothing everyday...

Then one day it came

        We could finally meet

We saw each other

         It was called an eclipse...

But that moment she said

         That we weren't meant to be...

That moment she stated

          That she never had loved me...

And so we parted

           I was stuck every night

She shone bright every sunrise

           As I shone lowly every midnight...

We still do see each other

           And it happens quite rarely

But this time I knew

           I knew it quite clearly...

That she was never 

           Never for me

As I will never

           Love ever so deep...
