She Tried.

She drank.

She cried

She loved.

She tried.

She drank her pain away. So she wouldn't feel like she wasn't a good mother.

She cried all night because she was out and not with her daughter.

She loved the girl but just couldn't show it.

She tried to raise her right but that wasn't enough.

She drinks.

She cries.

She loves.She tries.

She drinks nothing because she knows what it will do to her life. She saw once what it did to her mother's eyes.

She cries, she can't forgive the woman who left her at night.

She loves everyone around like she wishes they had done, but she knows what it will do if she can't show it.

She tries every day to be better than the woman who raised her because her try will be enough.

She may have lost her innocence along the way but this journey taught her to cry, love and try.
