Depression loves intimacy,

But he doesn't like PDA.

He tells you that he wants you and him

To be a beautiful secret.

But he brands you to remind you

That you are his and only his.

He promises you a forever that

You aren't really sure you want.

But god knows how long you've been together

And nothing seems to break you apart.

So you say to yourself that there

Isn't really anything you can do.
