Ghost Hill
A house stands upon a shady hill
But be warned-
This story may give you chills
It starts with a couple
Who were very in love
Almost angels-
sent from above
And they lived in a house
A house made of heart
With love pouring out-
Of almost every part
But there was a sadness
The neighbors couldn't name
That the couple took-
Right to their grave
The woman was infertile
And so was the man
They couldn't conceive-
That ruined their plan
Their home became broken
Their smiles forced
More than unhappy-
Their lives were worse
Their relation was bitter
They hated each other
Their love was frigid-
An unforgiving winter
And one day the man
He'd had enough
He asked his wife-
If she liked it rough
He forced her to the floor
Put a gun in her mouth
And told her to swallow-
Not to spit it out
And he fired once
He fired twice
He fired three times-
Until he was sure she died
And now there's a house
Upon a shady hill
With a couple that wanders-
In and out
But no one mistakes
Their wailing calls
For the child-
They never had at all
