Freedom.
I am awoken from somebody moving my aching limbs, my arm gently being moved into an awkward position.
I open my eyes to find a pair of wide hazel ones looking back at me. The smooth chocolate skin is marred by his frown. He looks unhappy with me. I don't have the will, nor the energy to fight him.
"C'mon sweetheart. Help me out here." he murmured. His voice warm and welcoming. Does he think I'm dying?
He stands me up, and helps me move towards the door. One arm draped over the back of me. I look down to see I'm wearing a purple dress. It's too tight for me. It pushes my breasts up and I can see my nipples through the fabric.
I open my mouth, about to protest. But then, at least I'm clothed.
We walk into the room and he gently sits me on the edge of the bed.
"He's a Bastard. What did he do to you?"
I don't answer him, but look at him in confusion. Who is he?
"Oh I'm sorry honey. I'm Drew, this is my place you're staying in."
Oops. Did I ask that out loud?
"Haha, yes you did. It's Christine isn't it?"
His laugh makes me smile. He sounds free.
"Yes, we'll it's Christina actually. Where has he gone?"
A frown once again appeared on his forehead. "Aww, darling. He stormed out a while ago. I haven't seen him this worked up. Ever. You must be something. He told me to keep an eye on you, but unfortunately I'm backed up downstairs. You'll have to come with me to the bar."
Uh oh. I don't think I should go to the bar. And I tell him so, quickly.
"Well thank you kindly for trying to look after me, but Jake told me the club isn't for innocent eyes. His words. And mine, sir, are quite innocent."
His laughter filled me with warmth once again. "I must say. I'm surprised he's told you anything. Let alone his name is Jake. That's for special people. Like me. No need to worry, we won't be entering that part of the building, just the bar. And he's very right. It's not for innocent eyes."
I watched the strange look flash in his eyes and scatter over his face, but I had no idea what the look meant.
Having never been to an actual bar, I find myself excited. I skip to the bathroom and run a comb through my hair that I found in the plastic cabinet. I also brush my teeth with his toothbrush and toothpaste. I giggle to myself as I do it.
Slipping my white pumps back on, I check my reflection. I look kinda strange. The highly indecent purple dress has a very low neckline, and a split running from my ankle to the very top of my thigh, completing the outfit is white sneaker pumps.
Ordinarily I wouldn't even think about leaving my bedroom in something like this.
I slip my hand into Drews and he leads me out of the bolted door.
But today...
Today I'm going to have a taste of freedom.
