Black-out poetry! Take a page from a book, newspaper, magazine, etc., copy it, and black out words, leaving only those that you want to use in your poem. I know Prosers don't need this, but it's called a "cure for writer's block"! I was skeptical at first, but it's fun. Nuggets of Truth.

In the beginning ... the earth ... was without form ... and darkness was upon the ... void.

... there was light ... and ... darkness. 

...

The waters ... and ... the dry land appear ... the ... Earth ... and the ... Seas.

... the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind ... upon the earth. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit ... after his kind.

... there be lights ... the stars.

... the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth. And ... whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind.

... the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind... the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind.

And ... man ... created ... the image of God.
