There’s nothing worse than

someone existing inside my head

insanity of decaying flesh

beating staccato of drums

carving name on my brain

bouncing rage around my skull

cranium slashed by boomerangs

slung arrows and broken quills

fetal world curling inside me

but it’s better than

NOTHING AT ALL!
