A short piece that takes all of conceivable time to read
Compounding distances
They push the mind's boundaries
Every ending has an unending start
And every beginning must have an unattainable, yet immediate, end
There is no way to feel
No way to know the expanse of life's infinite infinities
Twisting through every facet of the universe
And we use "every"
And we use "always"
And we use "infinite"
The world challenges us with impossible riddles
Descriptions exist only to falter
Time is resolute until you take it away
Space and distance fluctuate constantly
A ruler's margin for error is without any kind of fathom
Neurological pathways can be magnified
And the expanding constants of the cosmos reveal themselves
Details are lost and found in diminution
Things that can only be known when seen
So infinity can't be comprehended if it's real
And infinity can't be real if it can be comprehended
