Being

I discovered jade beginnings

of my existence, carried

by the cusp of my seas

cresting white capped life

reflecting soft sand embrace

of turquoise thoughts

overflowing in foamed vistas

shadowed by wet lapping kisses

of the bright jeweled ocean

naked emotions carried out to sea

free with the wind whispering

at my back in tranquil waters

little aquamarine drops dripping

from my wide open fingers

combing seaweed from my hair.
