Red lips and dusky water.
Everything felt numb, your body was sinking, down and down into the depths of this strange sea. You could see nothing, only the light up above that broke through the rough waves, you reached for it but you could never get to it. You were lost, nothing could break you out of this hopelessness that keeps pulling you under the depths. Your lungs began to to fill with the salty water, sinking down and down and down, everything spinning as your vision was becoming darker. The light up above, the only thing you could believe in, was disapearing-you are too far under. Slowly, your will to fight was gone, giving into the strong hands pulling you to your death. As your eyes closed for good something began to pull you up yet nothing was holding onto you, like a voice, it was soft and echoed cleary through the water.
"It's ok...I'm here for you..."
A small tentacle came and wrapped around your waist, it felt strange, warm almost, as you opened your eyes again. It looked like it was made of light, a bright, gold glow emitting from it pushing all of the darkness away, like a night light.
Everything seemed to be happening so fast, one moment you were fading away in the deep depths of the sea and now you seemed to be floating right under the edge of the surface. The tentacle was still holding onto you, keeping your body upright as determination began to leak back into your torpid limbs, you began to make out a shape of somthing in front of you, it looked like a woman. Only the bottom half of her face could be seen, pale skin which glimmered in the water, soft corves that shaped her face and a long neck which conected to a slender body, a white dress covered below her shoulders. But what really caught your attention were those lips, shaped so perfectly, a rosey-pink red covered them and helped shape the soft smile along her face. You couldn't do anything but stare, even though freedom was just above your head, you couldn't. You wanted to stay with the strange woman, you needed to, it was like a spell had been casted on you and you didn't care. She was just so...divine. She came closer to your face and used a thin finger to pull your chin forward, you still couldn't see the top half of her face which was cut off by the water. She leaned in more, pulling your chin up as she pressed those plump delicate lips against yours. You could feel how silky they were as you were finally pulled above the surface and greeted with the sun, the kiss was soft and tender as you pressed back but the moment was cut off short as she was gone, you didn't know what she fully looked like, you never got a chance. She was just...gone. As if she had never exsisted, like the wind took her away or she had melted into water You suddenly realised that the tentacle around your waist was gone, she saved you, the woman you can only remember by those perfect lips.
