A lady for the sea
There she walked, across the sand covered beaches, the grains clinging to her feet as the gulls above cried loudly and swooped down and around her, trying to cull her back into dry world. She did nothing but continued her trek into the percussion of Adam's ale, its form stretched across breaks, vibrant, and rhythmic, like a chest, masking a single being, breathing into the sun, moor lifting above its graceful hands, clothing the naked land, shaping it, making wonders only God could comprehend, a single being looking for another, a lover. Its waves thrashed and sinked in excitement, finally, a beautiful women stood as her cognac eyes stared out in wanting as the awaiting sea kept calling her in, white coming up and pulling at her toes before reciting again and waiting to see if she would step closer, then doing it again and again and again and again, before she finally stepped into the oceans embrace, keeping its hold around her ankles as she went deeper, moving to hug her legs, then to her waist, until nothing but her her neck and head stood out of its tight hold, never letting go. Her hands felt along the water's surface, feet kicking through it gently as land finally gave up on holding her body up and letting her swim freely, she looked up at the sky and all of its creamy shapes, light shaping faces and making them smile down on her as she let the lonely soul wrap around her completely and bring her into that long-awaited hug, a smile grew along her soft features and closed her eyes, even though the water chilled her bones...it warmed her heart. Its eager hands gently tugged her out more and she gladly followed, a wonder, a hope, a dream, her life, forming into a reality the sea was willing to bless her with, she felt free, heart still beating loudly in which the ocean sang along to, its heart beating along with hers, she was finally unshackled, the deep blue finally happy. Most would say that she was an angel of the waves, the queen of its heart, but she would simply call herself...a lady for the sea.
Black Bloods
The moment you're born you have a clean slate, you're perfect, no mistakes, no accidents, no crimes broken, no lies, no secrets, nothing, you're an angel. The moment you leave your mother's womb you have nothing counted against you, no responsibilities, no problems, nobody holds you to anything, all you have to do is live. You have white blood and not a care in the world, but when you turn 13...for each crime you break, everytime you lie your blood gets darker...There are different shades, each one puts you in levels of the city, the whiter your blood the more richer and well-protected parts of the city you live in, better food, more water, servants to do everything for you, giant houses, the best jobs, you get everything. The darker your blood is you move down and down the scale of class and royalty, less food, poor water, you have to fend for yourself, low-paying jobs, you're poor or living on the streets. There is no way to redeem yourself unless you have been forgiven by Asif, the goddess of forgiveness, Amias, the God of good hearts, and Ramiro, the God of Judgment. Ramiro is the supreme judge, making all of the final decisions in your judgement, he his cruel and ruthless, unlike Amias and Asif who are very kind and are more than willing to show mercy to those with dirty blood, Ramiro is the most powerful as well, even if the two others disagree he can easily throw them aside and forever decide your fate. But, there are those who cannot be redeemed and are left to be forgotten in the cold lands outside of the city border, they have done far too many cruel things in the world and they are known as...black bloods. They have been called savages, some of them are, they have been broken down and left to fight for their survival and rights in the frigid lands outside of the warm oasis, their blood is as black as ink, dark, thick with sin, horrible things they've done, cold as the ice in which they live in. When you're born outside of the haven you cannot get in, even with white blood, once you're beyond the border you may not get back in, it's illegal.
The city of Eder, its name coming from the word "beauty" in Basque, beauty being an understatement as the Gods shaped it out of pure gold and silver, held together by the strongest of their magic creating one of the most magnificent places for the humans to live. Unfortunately, not everyone could live with such royal pleasures and the Gods had to make a system, a class chart, a way to set people together so certain parts of the city wouldn't become over run and so they were able to keep control over the mortals. As a result, they made up white bloods and began the process of organization, only those with white running through their veins may live in quality and those with darker blood were not allowed such pleasures, as people were separated and places becoming more crowded, the West and South levels became known as the dirty bloods city and the North and East levels were meant for the spic and span. In the North and East stood giant, spiraling skyscrapers that loomed and covered everything in a shadow, light shining off the clean glass and reflecting everything through it. The towers were encrusted with gold and silver in forms of vines and flowers, on the far side of the North rested the biggest of towers, the base of the city, a place for the cleanest of bloods and looked almost like a palace. At the entrance of it sat 8 large quartz statues the first four were some of the immortals before the great war as only three still remained alive which sat on high pedestals on command of Ramiro, the tower itself was made and shaped by the original powerful beings as most of it was made of glass and the edges of it were curved and decorated with strong gold and silver beams which twisted and stretched upwards till it reached a sharp point, at this point ejected a powerful blue and orange light which could be seen from everywhere, even outside of the border. Circling it was a prodigious garden filled with bushes, cherry blossoms that stayed a bloom all year, sulking willow trees, lavender, deer, birds of all colors, and white cement paths to get yourself around the beautiful haven. In the center of the garden was a large quartz fountain that was wrapped in silver and gold flowers and vines, they moved with the wind and were slowly slithering around the cracked column in an unearthly manner, screwed into the column were four elephant heads made out of gleaming gold as their trunks curved up and crystal clear water spilled out into the base of the quatrefoil base below. Lining the garden were tall hedges thriving with ivory roses and blush summer sweets, lively butterflies and birds roofed the sky above the garden as the deer pranced around with each other, making small homes in the hedges and under the trees. The inside was even more spectacular as it harbored the purest of bloods and the entire banking and governing systems of Eder, as you first enter the clear pivot doors you are welcomed with a wonderful front desk which circled around a towering, gold, gleaming beam as it shot upwards and straight up to the roof, every couple of minutes it would open up to reveal a glass pipe system which shot down blue and orange tubes of light that then morphed into papers of all sorts, the women controlling the desk would press a simple button and the computer would organize it and shoot down below the ground to the delivery workers. if you looked up you would notice that it was all cylindrical and a straight trip up until you reached the eighth floor which was roofed by a quartz ceiling with a bright chandelier. The first eight floors of the building were held for the offices of the bankers and workers-most on the lower four levels as they were less than those above of them-all of them connected by a glass elevator and two gilt curved stairs on either side, when you get to the ninth floor it was protected by sixty Eder guards as it went down the hallway, twenty hulking volts filled to the brim with tevnar, the new currency in this world, gold, silver, copper, melted into hexagons and imprinted with ancient markings of the Gods and their languages. There are ten more floors like this, all protected by guards with heavy plated armour and large blasters that hung down on their shoulders by a strap. At the end of the red, carpeted hallway was another curved staircase which led up to the remaining floors above. On the 20th floor were the living quarters, twenty-six rooms on each side of the grand hallway holding the royal councilors of the city and their families, each room decorated with expensive paintings and furnishings, windows along the back walls that looked down upon the rest of the city. The floor above that was the royal councillors congress room, it was one of the larger rooms of the tower as its domical floors were made out of gold that went down at an incline and shaped into steep steps as blimp, metal plates hovered ten feet above around the center where an immense orb of the similar electric blue and simmering orange melted together in a hissing mess. The last ten floors above held a mystery as none of the public and most of the royal council didn’t know what lied above and they weren't allowed as only the God's right hand was allowed, his name was Jeroen Aris, a father and the immortals close human counterpart.
The tower of Eder was a monument in the North and East but on the other side it was hated and despised more than anything. The South and West, dirty blood city, here it was filled with those who have sinned, always crowded, dark, polluted, nothing beautiful had ever grown here, the only animals here were crows and vultures looking to pick of the elder and children who were sick and dying, rodents scattered up and down the streets and sewers, sickness traveled fast and with no proper medical supplies and no one willing to help them it doesn’t take long for someone to die as death hovers above their beds and takes pity on the wilting mortals and all of their despair. Rundown apartments and towers that were once a glorious gold and silver had turned sick and crumbled and were poisoned with rotten vines that slithered and broke the foundation, many had made homes out in alleyways and building tops out of scraps of medal or tents from the scrap yard the laid in a foul heap at the very edge of the border in the South. In the center of it all was a shopping center filled with fruit carts and bread, most of it going bad as flys decided their next meal and buzzed in a mass swarm over it, clothes made out of torn cloth and scarfs were hung up in cars as well along with knitted sweaters and items made by the only remaining elder there and mothers trying to make a living for their children. Small trinkets from were sold as well by engineers and homeless men looking for a chance to get money or anything to help them survive in a place where the Gods left them to fend for themselves, though even with death constantly watching and the disease that haunted this place people managed to make lives here, some of them using their resources and talents to make proper shops, restaurants, and hospitals that brought warmth to them all. Even in this tragedy they managed to find hope and hang onto each other for support, sadly...people on the other side became fearful of the possibility of sickness coming into their perfect lives as a result the government put up an overblown barrier in between them to keep the clean and the dirty separated, so they wouldn’t become infected as well. None of the dirty bloods understood this, weren’t they supposed to be kind? Weren’t they supposed to help those in need? They did have white blood.
Black bloods were not allowed to be spoken of, people say you’ll be cursed as well and thrown out of the magical barrier that keeps the frigid earth away from themselves, dirty or clean. Black bloods were thrown out into the old earth where the Gods did not care for, a place made of ice and snow, barely any life here as no known plants have grown here ,the only animals were monterious beast which hunted for them in the blizzards. The humans had to make their own weapons and clothing from basically nothing as they lived in small borrows or carved out caves in the mountains, different groups lived in separate parts of this ice world-all of them fighting each other for materials and survival and wars breaking out as the all tried. At a time they had all made a system of peace on their own but when differences began to arise it caused panic and havoc as a murder spree broke out.
The city of Eder, beauty being an understatement, white bloods, dirty bloods, black bloods, death, monsters, betrayal, lies, sickness...a place built by the hands of Gods and Goddesses, a place where blood will spilled.

A boy and his dog
The house was being devoured by smoldering, flickering flames, eager, hungry, rampaging, sweeping cinders and ashes into the air, thick, wild smoke choking the sky and anything near its cankerous claws. The scorching beams which held the house up began to shake and scream, the roof collapsing and adding more fuel for the ravenous flames down below, as the house pleaded for its pain to end it broke and fell down with a clap of thunder. The flames continued to roar and consume its remains, more pluming smoke rising into the sky above, the trees around that surrounded began to catch as the fire clawed and bit at their branches.
Large, hazel eyes watched the ghastly scene before him, the immense heat reaching out to the small child and blowing smoke and ash into his face, black smudges appering anywhere bare skin was. The boy, Theo, coughed and covered his eyes with his gloved hands trying to stop them from burning, he took a few step backs as giant St. Bernard suddenly trotted to the young childs side, nudging him and whimpering knowing that it wasn safe to be here any longer. Theo shook his head as tears formed and fell down his ashy cheeks, dampening the earth underneath him and spoke with a brittle voice.
"N-not now, Leo...Mommy and Daddy aren't outside yet..."
The dog let out a blustering bark and began to nudge the child harder, Leo knew that his owners never made it out and that it was now his responsibillity to care for their pup. Theo kept pushing back as the smoke and fire kept pulling him in with shapes and images of his parents, sometimes it looked as though they were trying to crawl out of the Hell and reach for Theo to help them but the St. Bernard knew better and grabbed the pups jacket between his teeth, pulling back with a sharp thug. Theo had lost his hope and gave up on fighting back, letting his beast of a dog lead him along the cold, dirt path, they had a long way to go if they were going to find any help and with winter already here with sharp wind to bite at them, it was going to be hard. But, Leo wouldn't stop until he got his owners pup to safety and Theo wouldn't let his only family go, they were a team and always have been. Theo and Leo, Leo and Theo...a boy and his dog.
We’ll be alone together
On top of the cliff sat a drear-looking school house, longing for the suns rays to press down and warm his taint walls. Its counter-part slumped next to him, which was once a white and shameless bus was now windowless and rusted, her large wheels had been taken away and the gleaming, silver bumber was striped off with the rest of her pride. They had both been left and to be quite honest...it was horrific, like something out of a horror story. They felt so alone, so empty, so useless.
How long had it been since they heard the laugh of a child? How long had it been since he heard the soft scratching of fresh chalk against the dirty green boards? How long had it been since she heard the sound of other cars driving by her and the cranky driver yelling at the energetic children on the bus to quiet down? How long had it been since they've seen the smiling faces that melted their now crestfallen hearts?
It had been too long, too long indeed and now they rot together. Not even a small bird or bug had come to say hello, not a single living thing. All they had were each other, alone together.
Christina in Red
There, she sat untouched, sitting next to the depraved life boat that had gotten her across this heartless and demanding sea. Her body weak and spent as her red hair laid a top of her head, messy, she leaned against the boat and let her frail hands play with the rocks and sand along the beach as the waves ran up to lick her toes then retreat before coming back a few seconds later to do the same again. She was lost in the rythmic precussion of waves, the world ceased to exist behind the large cliffs which hid her haughtily. She was stuck in time, as if she yearns to join her aquatic brethrn. She is a patient witness, a stillness next to the ever-singing wind, sea, and clouds. She is the quietness beneath the yapping seagulls, a taste of perpetuation in a forver-changing place. She is...Christina in Red.

Snow angel
The rimy wind whispered through out the forest, everest tree branches shivering under thier blanket of snow as more sprinkled on top. Everything was covered in white, bushes, logs, the smallest of leaves, the only thing not hooded was the dirt path that ran through the entire forest. It was thin, wide enough for may three people to stand next to eachother on, it had iced over in some parts but for the most part it was just damp. Walking down it was like a winter dream as the tall everest trees stood tiredly beside it and watched over any travlers crossing through their lands. It was snowing lightly as a young man, Jason, trudged down the path with a large sack of hay thrown over his shoulder and a hunting rifle strapped to the back of his left shoulder. He was well built, 6'3 with broad shoulders. He had dark brown hair which had been styled into a man bun and a go-t which shaped his chisled jaw, his eyes were a unique gold colour which qalmost seem to glow as the suns light beams reached for him through the trees. He was wearing a long-sleeve, red-plaid flannel, a pair of regular blue jeans, black, heavy caulk boats, and a blue parka. Jason continued down his path until he came upon a split in the path, if he took the right it would lead him back to his home but if he took the left well...he wasn't to sure. He had never taken that path before and was always curious about it, within a quick moment he threw the bag of hay into a tree and took the unfamiliar path.
It seemed to grow more quiet, even the sound of his steps seemed to become non-exsistent. He treked forward until he came upon a large clearing, it was circled by giant everest trees and covered completely in noting but snow, a winter wonderland. As he walked out towars the middle of clearing he noticed a snow angel, it was around the size of a small childs, maybe someone else comes out here? As he inspected it more he noticed how there were no other tracks in the snow and the angel looked like it had only been made not too long ago, it hadn't been snowing long enough for any tracks to be covered. Jason squated down and ran an hand over the edge of the imprint until a small chuckle came from behind him causing him to shoot up and turn to a female, the most beautiful woman he has ever seen. She was tall and lean, he could only see part of her face but that was all he needed to see as his heart was banging around in his chest. She had pale skin and ice-blue, monolid eyes, short, silver-mint hair which was currently tucked into her knit-turtle neck sweater tht covered the the bottom half of her face. He stared before quicly shaking his head and speaking, stumbling over his words.
"H-hi...how a-are ya?" She smiled softly behind her sweater and spoke with a silvery tone.
"I'm doing just fine, how are you?"
"G-good...good..."
Jason only stuttered more as he spoke, trying desperately to calm himself down. "I-So...I'm Jason, you are?"
"My name is Decima."
"Heh, Decima. That's beautiful." Decima and Jason continued to talk for hours, non-stop, they didn't want to stop. As it got colder she sighed and looked up, the sun was going down and now she had to leave, Jason looked at her confused and took a hold of her hand gently. "Are you ok?" She sighed and looked at him, squeezing his large hand and shaking her head. "No...I must leave now." He frowned but nodded, still not letting go of her. "Well, do you wanna meet here tommorow? I can come anytime you're available." Decima gave a sad smile and shook her head, becoming even more doleful as the wind began to pick up more. "Sadly, I can not come again tommorow, nor can I come come for the rest of the year." Jason looked down at her and grimaced, his hold on her hand becoming stronger as he gently caressed her supple cheek. "W-what? What do you mean? For the rest of the year?" The female nodded and leaned into his touch.
"Yes, I am sorry. But I must leave now-"
"Wait! Is there anyway to contact you? Where are you going?"
"No...there is no way to and I'm going back to my home."
She began to tear up, the wind becoming stronger and picking up more and more snow as she seemede to be disappearing with it, her body starting to turn into snow and drifting away. Jason didn't know what was going on, but he didn't want her to go, he felt her hand dissapate into small, white particles. "What!? W-wait! Don't leave, what is happening?!"
"Thank you, Jason. I'll be here next winter, waiting for you. Please, don't forget me."
Before Jason could say anything else, she was gone. Decimas face blowing away like the rest of her as he began to tear up, the wind blowing them away. Like that, She was gone and Jason was left alone, confused, scared, lost...He turned to where the snow angle was and noticed it was gone, a low whisper brushing pass his ears.
"I love you."
Jason felt a small smile form as he looked up towards the sky, gripping his chest and chuckling softly, the wind began to die down as he sighed and more tears fell.
"I love you too, my precious snow angel."
Red lips and dusky water.
Everything felt numb, your body was sinking, down and down into the depths of this strange sea. You could see nothing, only the light up above that broke through the rough waves, you reached for it but you could never get to it. You were lost, nothing could break you out of this hopelessness that keeps pulling you under the depths. Your lungs began to to fill with the salty water, sinking down and down and down, everything spinning as your vision was becoming darker. The light up above, the only thing you could believe in, was disapearing-you are too far under. Slowly, your will to fight was gone, giving into the strong hands pulling you to your death. As your eyes closed for good something began to pull you up yet nothing was holding onto you, like a voice, it was soft and echoed cleary through the water.
"It's ok...I'm here for you..."
A small tentacle came and wrapped around your waist, it felt strange, warm almost, as you opened your eyes again. It looked like it was made of light, a bright, gold glow emitting from it pushing all of the darkness away, like a night light.
Everything seemed to be happening so fast, one moment you were fading away in the deep depths of the sea and now you seemed to be floating right under the edge of the surface. The tentacle was still holding onto you, keeping your body upright as determination began to leak back into your torpid limbs, you began to make out a shape of somthing in front of you, it looked like a woman. Only the bottom half of her face could be seen, pale skin which glimmered in the water, soft corves that shaped her face and a long neck which conected to a slender body, a white dress covered below her shoulders. But what really caught your attention were those lips, shaped so perfectly, a rosey-pink red covered them and helped shape the soft smile along her face. You couldn't do anything but stare, even though freedom was just above your head, you couldn't. You wanted to stay with the strange woman, you needed to, it was like a spell had been casted on you and you didn't care. She was just so...divine. She came closer to your face and used a thin finger to pull your chin forward, you still couldn't see the top half of her face which was cut off by the water. She leaned in more, pulling your chin up as she pressed those plump delicate lips against yours. You could feel how silky they were as you were finally pulled above the surface and greeted with the sun, the kiss was soft and tender as you pressed back but the moment was cut off short as she was gone, you didn't know what she fully looked like, you never got a chance. She was just...gone. As if she had never exsisted, like the wind took her away or she had melted into water You suddenly realised that the tentacle around your waist was gone, she saved you, the woman you can only remember by those perfect lips.
A mirror of Stardust
Stars, millions of them, in the sky like scattered diamonds. They sparkled as she looked up at the decorated black veil, giving life to the void. Most of them clumped and erupted from behind small rock formations in the distance, there were some that were thrown farther away from the large cluster and faded away as they moved almost outside of human comprehension. The colors were another sight of pure grace, birthstone-blues, sequin-silver, molten-gold, polar-white, solar-yellow...all beautifully blended.
She looked down to be met with the exact same picture but with each step she took small ripples came and warped, but only for a moment. As she kept walking her steps become more agile, the ripples becoming larger as the snappy water splashed around her. It wasn't long before the girl broke into a full run, more and more as she dashed across the thin layer of water that had pooled on the salt flats below. It was all so amazing, she felt as though she could feel safe from the stars above her, like lost souls guiding her along this harmonious dream and herself being their one beacon of hope. She slowed before coming to a stop and looked up, a small smile forming as wintry wind brushed pass her pale face, to be here forever...blessed with stars...was something she wanted. Wanting to feel free and alive, this was it. So she did, she danced along the water, water which reflected this dream, a mirror of stardust.
On the other side
What's on the other side of this tall, old fence? The lad pondered, couriosly, he stood on the wide, white porch which stood in his backyard, it had many types of colorful flowers and herbs which his mother had planted in giant, clay pots over the years. The boy, Tommy, lives in a gaudy house, a house many would dream to have-a house known to be the cause jealously and popularity through out the entire neighborhood-a house where the boys father, Thomas Wilton, worked day and night for 25 years straight in the same lurid job. But Tommy did not care, he never did, all he cared about was what laid beyond the fence to the left of the yard, he could never see passit, not even a step stool or a 6ft latter could help the 7 year old see into the unknowwn world. What was on the other side? Maybe a house, it was a fence after all. No...that couldn't be it, never once has Tommy ever seen a the front of a house, the only neighbors he had lived on the right, the other side was filled with a tree line. That's it! Maybe it was all just forest, but...there are no trees beyond the fence, at least trees that could be seen over ir. With aa small huff, the lad jumped down from the porch and marched his way over, stopping and looking up at it. His brows furrowed as he bent down and grabbed a sharp rock and began his work, digging into the rotted wood with the make shift axe. It took at least 30 minutes, Tommy sweating and panting lightly as he finally made a hole big enough for an eye to peak through. As he tossed the rock to the side, Tommy closed his left eye and looked through with the other-his blue eye darting around trying to make out anything. He froze, everything stopped, even his breathing, no noises could break through the sudden sheild of shock. There was...nothing. Nothing..just black...nothing but black....the abyss, not a single strand of grass, not a bug, not any sign of life, nor any light. It was...nothing. Tommy's mind began to play tricks on him, monsters with razor sharp claws and inky, snake like skin appeard, they hissed and growled. Acid leaked out of their large, unhinged jaws, some didn't even have any as their tongues hung limp and dragged along the floor of this nightmare. The 7 year old did nothing though, the hypnotic aura becoming stronger as he stared at the beast, the black pulling him in more, as if he could just walk through the fence and fall straight down as more and more monsters howl, maybe he would become one if he went in. Tommy would stay there for years, that same spot, never moving as he did nothing but stare-nothing could break him out, not even death. What really was on the other side of the fence?
Evil Mutant Space Pirates are taking over The World
The young man strolled through the ruins of the park enjoying the chilled air with a thoughtful look on his chiseled face and continued down the cement path. He turned to look at the tired playground in the distance. It was surrounded by wood chips and trees, a single lamp post was set behind an odd, taint bench. He frowned slightly seeing as though no one had taken care of this place while he was gone, a once fun-filled and peaceful world filled with memories of every child that played on it was now something out of a horror story. The low whines of the swings, rusty and exposed, sent a chill to crawl along his skin. The once yellow tube had turned to an ugly camile color which was barely visible through the overgrown mosses and vines, his pale-blue eyes looked over at the slide. It was still there, thankfully, but it had taken on some damage as well-its bus yellow continued to stand out amongst its rather dead looking counter parts though the paint was peeling to reveal almost a rotted brown and had morphed some over the years that it now laid with more of a slope than curve down the middle of it. He started to smile and walked over, enjoying the scratch of wood chips along the bottom of his boots, coming right up to the side of the slide he let his hand run up the smooth plastic surface and traveled over to the metal bars of it, fingers catching and slipping into each one of the tarnished, green poles. Letting his hand fall back into his coat pocket the man walked over to the swings and sat in one. The memories began to come flooding back.
"Come on, Theo! We've gotta stop them and I need your help."
The small girl laughed happily, her choclate brown hair falling out of its pony tail shaping her round, soft face. Her emerald green eyes were filled with adventure as she gave another giggle and wiped her runny nose with the end of the blue scarf around her neck. Her cheeks had gained a soft red tint to them along with her small nose but she didn't care, the cold weather never bothered her in the slightest, in fact she loved it.
"But there is nothing here."
The tall boy sniffed and looked at the girl confused, he was wearing a baggy, tan sweater that went down to his knees with a pair of ripped jeans and black boats. His blue eyes took in every beautiful detail of the young girl, his short, black shaggy hair fell in his face which he quickly fixed not wanting to look even more a mess. He didn't even know how he got in this situation, one moment he was just trying to read his book and then the next some girl with a bright red coat on had run up to him and was asking if he could help defeat the evil mutant space pirates trying to take over the world! She only shook her head as the grin on her face grew wider.
"Of course there is, silly! You have to make it up in your head, use your imagination."
She made jazz hands when she said' "Imagination" and looked at him excited. When she first saw him it was a few weeks back, the boy seemed so diffrent from anyone else she had met before. He always wore the same excact thing everyday, he always looked at the same book and never talked to anyone, but why? It was always good to talk to someone and have friends, why would you want to be alone and not play cool games? Why would you want to read a book anyway? They're dumb and boring, bleh! After seeing him a few times she made up her mind to go and talk to him but always missed him at the last second, one moment there the next, Poof! He's gone.
"Imagination?"
He asked, tilting his head to the side. The girl looked at him shocked before tapping her chin with a gloved finger.
"Just wait here, I need to talk to the professionals."
She went from the playful and wild to completly seriuos in three seconds flat. Only nodding the boy watched as he was now facing the girls back. Who were, "The professionals?"
The girl remained turned and began to tap her chin again before pointing at something on her left.
"You! How do we explain this?"
Theo looked at her even more confused and looked to where she was pointing. There was nothing there.
"Um...there is-" She cut him off and held a finger up to his face.
"Shush! I'm listening. Don't you know it's rude to talk when somone else is talking?"
She gave an annoyed huff and turned to look at...whatever she was looking at. Theo just stood there dumbfounded.
"You may continue, Ticky. Don't mind him."
She just stared and nodded, as if someone was actually there and was listening to what they were saying.
"Alrighty then, lets try this!"
She suddenly spoke up after an awkaward 5 minutes causing Theo to jump as she turned to look at him with a determined look on her, holding a hand out to the boy.
"Imagination is just making things up. I want you to do that with me and save planet earth!"
Theo didn't understand what it meant to make things up, he simply saw what he saw and went with it. There was no need to make things up when other things were going on, it was a waste of time. The girl frowned before putting the smile back on and keeping her hand out.
"Come on, just try it. You can trust me."
He looked at her and then at her hand slowly grabbing it, a small smile slowly forming.
"O-ok...I trust you."
The man was broken out of his thoughts when he heard footsteps behind him, he looked back to be met with a smiling woman. She had long, brown hair that was falling out of its pony, a bright red jacket, and a blue scarf around her neck. Icy blue eyes met with emerald green.
"You wanna save the world from mutant space pirates?"
Theo chuckled and nodded.
"I'd love to, Abby."
