The Difference Between You and I.

The difference between you and I

Is that while I know I am strong enough to make it through this life

Without you

I don't want to.

You are everything to me

My moon and my stars

My galaxies and planets

You are the first breath I take each morning

And the first sight I wish to see when I open my eyes

You are every good dream I have upon falling asleep at night

And every positive thought that keeps me going.

You are my inspiration

You are my heart.

I don't want to lose you to another human being

Not when you are the light of my life.

Without you

My world is dim

And dark

And dreary

Without you

I am simply existing.

But when I am with you

I am living

And what a glorious life that is!
