Its Mad, isn’t
I look in the mirror, fixing the fascinator in my hair. The day is here. I'm going to be a wife. Someone's better half. A friendship that lasts forever. I twirl in the mirror, scanning my dress for the millionth time. " Are you ready?", my father asks. " I'm ready." I take a deep breath and hold my fathers hand. The door opens and every seat is filled. I see my loved ones and people I don't know. The music starts and we begin to walk. There he is. Handsome as ever, with biggest smile on his face. Here comes the tears. As I reach the altar, he reaches out his hand. I let go of the past and hold on to my future. I caress his face and whisper in his ear, " its mad, isn't. who would have thought my weed dealer would become my husband,"
