When shall man understand?
That he crushes the people dearest to him
Who feed him the wisdom of generations before,
Who show him the glories of love and understanding.
When shall man understand?
That he turns all that is pure mechanical
Which tears the land and Mother Nature’s Heart?
For the sake of more and more capital
And does he understand the consequences?
When shall man understand?
When he sees man or woman
He sees not human but object.
To be used like a beast
And not like an agent of love and care.
When shall man understand?
When he sees a child, who cries rivers of blood and tears
Whom Mother Nature sustained through the roots of her spirit.
Does He understand the pain?
No because he can’t see past his own imposing self
And the pain that engulfs millions into meaningless suffering.
