Part 3
Erin grabbed the gauze from my hand and had me sit on the edge of my bed. She cleaned and wrapped up my arm from where Deera had scratched me.
"What did I tell you?" Erin asked as she looked at me.
"That she was dangerous." I said as I heard sniffing right outside our door.
Then, came the knocking upon the door. It wasn't the lighter knocks you would normally hear, but these were hard and the door was splintering until it finally gave into the hard pressure. In came Deera, sword drawn and ready to kill me at any moment.
"Here you are, my dear. Or should I say, Dinner!!" Deera said as she looked crazed and started laughing.
"Ah, hell. I don't want to do this, but you leave me no choice." I said as I grabbed an arrow and dipped it into a sleeping cream for Draginucous.
Deera lunged at me as Erin stepped away from me. I plunged the sleeping arrow into her shoulder blade. She backed away from me and looked at the arrow. She looked at me and fell over, belly first and flat on her face.
I took her to the infirmary.
