When I walk in the house
I see you
Standing proud and tall
You turn from left to right
And welcome me home
With a cool embrace
And a chilling kiss
Your black, slender,
Oh so slender body is
What I'll always see.
On the tips of four legs
You bring me comfort
Like a lullaby
I hear your song
And I rest in peace.
