Coal
Sometimes life becomes a burden
If it's swallowed by the shadows of sadness
But it ends up being a heavier load
If you end up falling in love with a complete stranger
They get under your skin
And as incubus they burn your soul down
The Sun is no longer hotter
Than the burning love they infected you with
"All my life I wasn't honest enough
And I thought I would never get over you."
The mantra my saddened life repeats over and over
Whenever your face comes to my mind.
You're the little breeze that feeds my lungs
However this unknown love has become toxic
And my blood, blackened now, because of your
Unrequited love is hardening becoming into coal...
