Regarding Love

A swelling of the soul takes place. That swelling makes one suddenly believe once again that anything is possible.

From swelling to blooming. A blooming of all things good. Withing the blooming, the need to create, to mend, to fix. To set wrongs aright again, without consequence.

It can both cause tears and make tears go away.
