Happy town

once upon a time there was a beautiful town. all the people who lived there was happy. rain never hit the town just the river nearby. flowers blossemed, snow never came, it was a cool 70 degrees farinheight at all times. Man that would have been a nice town with the perfect name right. Yeah Happy Town is anything but whats described above. Spring and fall dont exist here. it goes from 100 to -20 degrees in a hour. the river is controlled by the government and everyone is limited on how much water they get. most houses are crumbling down and dont have heat or ac. the whole town is locked in and if they even get wind of you wishing you could escape they publicly burn you to set an example. food is comtrolled by the government along with electicity. you go to school till you are ten. Every year the children that turn 10 have to take a teest that determines their whole future. how you score determines your job and what clothes you get to wear. This town gets no outside help because the barricade is a giant screen that makes it look like theres a 100 foot wide crater that stretches the length of the town. no one has ever escaped and no one ever will...
