Son of Darkness

Son of Night

Why must you hide from me?

I languish for your cold embrace

As I stand before the doors of death

You are the end

You are fear

So take me to a new beginning

Beyond the doors of death

I call for you

I beg for you

And yet you stay away

Take the keys

And lock the doors of death

Are you frightened?

Are you scared?

God of the dead

Stranger to my yearning

to unlock the doors of death.

Do you fear it?

Do you fear me?

Is this why I must stay away

And leave you by your lonesome

At the doors of death?
