What would you do if you had a billion dollars? Imagine having a billion dollars in your account at the moment. What do you use that money in the first?
There is no difference in what to write. If you want to write : poem, a story, an essay, an article, etc.
Just please don't take it as a joke! I seriously ask...

If I had a billion dollars
I would immediately secure a house, and probably pay off my paren't mortgage. I would then let it sit until I can do more with it. I would keep a good bit of it for my schooling, and donate some of it to a good shelter or charity.
