To begin with I would.....
1. Open a chain of book stores with comfortable sofas and free coffee.
2. Provide scholarships to kids from underprivileged backgrounds.
3. Sponsor unpublished authors.
4. Hire a personal chef .
4. Buy a yacht....a fairly modest one....and sail around the world on the open seas.
A Billion Dollars
If I had a billion dollars, I'd have collage paid for. I'd try and give some to my parents, but there's no way they'd let me. I would be able to see myself buying a decent car in the near future. Maybe I'll buy my mom a new minivan. I'd save some money for retirment. It's not to hard to visalise a thousand dollars being split between varieous fantasies. With all the money that's left, I would simply live a lower middle class life. I would still work, and my children will NOT be spoiled. Okay, they might be a little spoiled, but not a noticable amount. Perhaps I would have so much money that I could get a book published, and if no one likes it, then I could just right another one, since I just have that much money. After all this, there is still one thing I can not resist. My own private libary.
If I Had a Billion Dollars
Having a billion dollars would be rare for anyone to have. A great question to ask would be, where did it come from and what would I do with all of it? The one question is an easy question to answer.
One of the first things I would do if I had a billion dollars would be to pay off my debt and pay my parents back for what good they done for me in my life in helping me have different things I needed. I’d do those two things so I could be free of this in my own conscious once and for all. I also would want that to be free to do my next task in what I’d do with a billion dollars.
The next thing I’d do with a billion dollars if go to every state in America and have the government build an extra homeless shelter for our veterans to live in. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t be safe and alive. It would be the very least I could do to give back to them. I’d also spend my time visiting with all of them to see if there was anything they wanted. I’d even see if they’d allow me to write a book from each of them about their war story and would seek out different publishers to get the book published.
If there’s any money left over, I’d put it into a saving’s account and would keep the rest to live off of. Of course, the rest of it would also be used to further love and support the needs of the veterans at the shelters. I would do that first over my own needs.
DREAMIN’
If I had a billion dollars, I’ll tell you what I would do. Add up all my debt, pay that first.
I would send money to Red Cross and St. Jude to say “Thank you for all you do.” I would make sure my children bills are paid. I would pay my rent for a year and find a
new home to live in. I would help a couple of family members that are struggling. I would pass my people that are on the corners and on the mediums and give them $100 bills. I would go to the projects and hand out $5000 worth of twenty dollars bills to the children. I would buy my wife a new car. I would invest in tomorrow. I would give to my mother’s Church to say Thank you. I would buy a billboard to put my sisters and daughter and best friend picture on that passed away. I would set up my living arrangements to be comfortable. I would start a business that would help alot of elderly people and a business that would give children a place to play even on rainy days.
I would promote my books and t-shirts with fistchallenge4kids, so that I can reward children for reading and show them that I care.
But a billion dollars are far in my dreams, I am never that lucky. But I am blessed.
if i had
money
the world revolves around money
makes life as sweet as honey
in my poverety
in my misery
when i'm helpless
hopeless
i began to ponder
my mind wander
if i had money
would my life be good truely
i'll give some to the world
nobody should suffer like me
then i'll bask in the luxury
that i never got to be in
then what to do
do i invest to make evolutions
revolutions
or should keep it all for myself
i wonder i wonder
but i don't have money
so now just basking in the misery
oh sadly
How to be a rich!
Harv Eker, a psychologist from the United States, conducted a lengthy study examining the psychological differences between the rich, the middle-aged, and the poor.
A psychologist asks himself a question: What makes a rich person rich, what makes a poor person poor. He has long been known as a result of psychological inquiries and studies. The fact that a man is a millionaire or poor is not dependent on his work or knowledge. What is it about? It depends on the psychology of how they think.
The scientist psychologist gives an example. For example: If we take away all the wealth of the people of the world, that is, let us take the wealth of both the rich and the poor, and then distribute them equally to the whole population. What’s the matter ?!
Of course, the rich will be rich again. Previous
the poor are again poor.
WHY IS THIS?
The psychologist concludes that thinking like the rich makes a person rich
Thinking like a poor person makes a person poor.
Poor and moderate people tend to have the same mentality. And such reasoning makes them poor or middle-class.
The reason why the millionaires, the rich (and the mentally or mentally rich) are so, is because they think.
When a person changes his or her psychology, it changes his or her life.
Below are the thoughts of the rich and the poor.
1: Rich people benefit from everything.
Poor people see the downside of everything.
2: Rich People Want to Make More Money.
Poor people want to spend more money.
3: Rich people always strive to find out the news for knowledge.
Poor people think they know everything.
4: Heavily Dislikes Profit Based on Labor and Outcome.
Poor people prefer to make money according to their working hours.
5: Rich people don’t envy successful people.
Poor people are jealous of successful people.
6: Rich people work tirelessly to be rich.
Poor people want to be rich.
7: Rich people think about big things, about global issues.
Poor people think of little things or their own home.
8: Rich people are only looking for ways to win.
Poor people are choosing ways to avoid it.
9: Rich People think, I can help my friends.
Poor People think, my friends will help me.
10: Rich people love to sell more
Poor people like to buy more.
11: Rich people prefer to work hard
Poor people want more holidays.
12: Rich people love to take risks.
Poor people like to cut 7 inches.
Psychologist scientist Harv Eker says that if a person changes everything to be rich or a millionaire,
but only if he changes his mind his life will also change.
