Listen
To heal yourself, listen to your surroundings. What do they say? Is it meant to help or hurt? How do you respond? Am I healthy?
Filter and address everything. Who am I? Is what was said true? Do I want to change into a better person? Everything is trial and error.
Those that come to me for help often talk, but refuse to listen to themselves, because they already know the answer. They try to find an alternative answer despite already knowing what has to be done. All I do is give them the push they need, others seek approval. Each person need something different, which is why it's so important to listen to what they are really saying. Sometimes its upfront, usually its a hidden message.
The most important part is to make a decision and believe in it.
Never pressure anyone into anything. It is their decision ot make. Never mine. If it involves me I will make a decision. I know who I am. I know what I want and what I don't.
Over time I change and that is also fine. Listen to the changes within you. Be gentle. Are you still interested in a goal or have you changed? Not everything has to be done. Let go what is past and focus on your current self. Where do you want to go from here? Don't pressure yourself to do everything. You will slowly learn what you really want. Until then, be gentle. Guilt fades away once you make your decision. Just remember to listen.
