Evanescent Love
Your hand against my face
It has been so long since I saw those eyes,
The love and desire that fills them.
Your presence makes me nervous,
I know I can never deny what you want-
Have the strength to walk away.
My guard is down,
Now is your time to pull me close.
Palm against the small of my back,
Your lips tease mine,
My body is radiating the need for yours.
Exploiting my lack of restraint,
You punish me for trying to resist this for so long-
Delaying the feast you are about to make out of me.
Kiss me.. please..
And just like that- we move in sync as if no time has passed between us.
My lips follow yours.
As your passion rises,
So does mine.
When we connect the rest of the world disappears.
Acts in combination of love and lustful addiction-
Our fingers pull at clothing,
Gripping skin-
Mirroring movements of contact.
Both of us taking turns stopping the amatory behavior to savor the lack of control when a mouth meets…
The stiffness..
The warmth.
Necessity for connection holds off for only so long as you place me where you want me.
Beneath you
Held down,
Spread wide.
Or-
Face down,
Your breath heavy on my neck,
Your words forceful and unforgiving.
Any way you chose to have me-
Your possession is always clear,
My content always uncontainable.
I belong to you, always.
Our bodies harmonized as tension is released,
Hearts racing,
Breathing labored
Appetite is quenched,
If only temporarily.
Our evanescent love-
Desperately holding onto these moments..
Until we see each other again.
