Challenge
Be Vulnerable
be as vulnerable as you can. write about dead parents or lost friendships. poetry or prose, no long stories. bonus points if you make me cry. $5 to the winner
Hurt
The hurt is deep but silent
It grabs you so tight
You try to resist the past temptations
That lurk like an old friend
Where the past and future are in a race
Time can’t forget the choices made
Life has it’s purpose
To bring forth it’s precious gifts
Closing the last door to the past
Opening a window to let hope in
The wind of change comes by
Leaving not only strength but wisdom
Looking in the mirror and see
A glimmer of a smile
A new day has made
As the hurt starts fading away
