Chapter 1

Lacadia groaned and rubbed her eyes as bright light seeped through the windows. ''Wake up Lacadia! Its a new day!'' Her mom cheerfully chirped. Lacadia just grunted in response. She dragged herself out of the soft bed with ruffled sheets. She walked into the bathroom, barefooted on the cold marble floor. She yawned and took her toothbrush. She squeezed out some toothpaste onto it and started brushing. After she was done, she rinsed her mouth. She picked out her clothes, and hanged them on the door nob. She stripped and stepped into the shower. She switched it on and sighed as the hot water hit her skin,waking her up. After she was done, she stepped out and dressed up. She applied her make up and was done.

Finally, Lacadia looked in the mirror for one last time. She had long thick waves of black hair and dark chocolate brown eyes. She was not thin, but not fat either. She was about 5'2.Lacadia has decided to wear a yellow dress with black flowers, with a bandana. She had light make up on.

''Lacadia! Come down quick! It's almost time for school!'' her mom yelled out.'' Coming ma!'' she replied. She went down the spiral of stairs from her room to the kitchen. She grabbed a granola bar from the table and said ''bye ma!'' She ran out the door just in time to scramble onto the bus. ''Hey ! Lacadia !'' her best friend Whitney said. She was short and chubby with rosy cheeks and glasses. '' Hey Whitney.'' Lacadia replied. She went over and plopped down beside her. She grinned and said '' So, you ready for 8th grade? Cuz I am!'' Whitney just nodded her head and laughed.

They chatted all the bus ride. Finally, they reached the school. Lacadia jumped off and shouted ''whoop!'' She was glad to be back. She loved school. It was weird, but she loved being with her friends and being around everyone. She linked her arm through Whitney's and dragged her alongside to their first class. The hallways were crowded with people. Suddenly, she saw a group of 9th graders pass through. And that's when she saw HER.

She was a tornado of energy and excitement. She was jumping and bouncing alongside everyone. And then she smiled. Her smile RUINED Lacadia. She had brilliant white teeth and a cute dimple. Her eyes were a twinkling aqua blue,and Lacadia would gladly drown in them . She had short messy blonde hair that Lacadia just wanted to run her fingers through. She was sinfully beautiful, with soft curves .A aura of fire surrounded her, and Lacadia would gladly burn in it.God,she was probably drooling.Suddenly ,a smack jostled her back to reality.

''What happened? See a cute boy?'' Whitney giggled and said. Lacadia hadn't come out to her as Bi yet. Lacadia just nervously laughed and said ''Come on,lets go.''
