Scars

A mark on the flesh that sticks with us for life that tells a story about certain pains that we have endured. On the road of life we encounter many scars some seen and some unseen. Some long some small the bigger the scar the bigger the pain. But if you look at the shape of a scar you can envision the incident. For example a bullet wound scar , small circular like our world. We live in a world where it is ok take a weapon such as a gun to wound our brothers and sisters. Another example from personal experience I have a scar on my stomach above my belly button from a knife nothing bad happened but a simple surgery to repair a hernia. But if you look at the scar and really like myself over think it. It left me with a memory that something was there apart of my life that shouldn’t have been. Please I tell you do not fear or dislike scars they will always remind of us of something that is no longer apart of our lives, places we shouldn’t have been or things we shouldn’t have been doing. But now I know you are thinking what if someone gets into a car accident or simply playing a game of basketball. Those scars are still pains that we have endured but if we look at it everything is planned. That car accident scar could have saved someone next to you you kept going didn’t you. You motivated someone through your own scars to keep going.
