Use this challenge to write a piece dedicated to a fellow proser who have inspired you and supported you throughout your prose journey or someone here you'd like to impress. Here's the catch, the recipient will have to write a piece to respond to the poster, either by continuing the piece or by writing a new piece. Be as sweet or as bad ass you want. There's no limit!

Freedom is the dream we share
Though it is a burden to bear
You are now with me there

Brought us together
I thank thee for understanding
Allowing me a landing
There is someone there with me
Knowing the desperate need
The need to flee
And though words is all they see
You are much more to me
I dream of kings
I dream of queens
And though we may be
Torn at the seams
