When the Dead are Buried Alive
When the dead are buried alive,
The sun is up at night.
When the dead are buried alive,
Apple trees start growing mango leaves.
Then rainy days will snow even harder
With the moon and it's blazing heat
And the stars showing in broad daylight
While the barks of cats can be heard
During midnight at noon.
When the dead are buried alive,
Flowers will fall from the sky
And dead leaves will grow on trees.
People wouldn't care if fresh water was everywhere
And fish would swim on land.
When the dead are buried alive,
A pastor would preach about anything but God
And religion wouldn't start a war.
When a sunny day is full of rain,
And people start dying of a disease called shame,
The crowds would start shouting quietly
While they clap silently and cheer without noise.
When the dead are buried alive,
I will meet you at the dawn of night
And tell you,
I don't love you
And kill you with a knife
