Prose Challenge of the Week #23
Good morning, Prosers,
We hope this post finds you all well.
It is week twenty-three of the Prose Challenge of the Week and we are stoked to see so many of you participating in our prompts, they just keep getting better and better.
Last week saw our challenge taking the shape of your nightmares, and you certainly gave us nightmarish dreams! Before we find out which one of you takes the $100 prize, let’s take a look at this week’s prompt:
Prose Challenge of the Week #23: Write a haiku about deceit. The winner will be chosen based on a number of criteria, this includes: fire, form, and creative edge. Number of reads, bookmarks, and shares will also be taken into consideration. The winner will receive $100. When sharing to Twitter, please use the hashtag #ProseChallenge
Get writing of your deception right now.
Back to the winner of week twenty-three. We have all read of your entries and thoroughly enjoyed every single one, even if some of them gave us nightmares of our own. There can only be one winner, and after much deliberation that winner is, @MaggieFreema with their piece “Alone.” Congratulations to you, we will be in touch shortly to arrange transfer of your winnings!
That’s all for this week, so get scribbling and filling our stream with your words!
Until next time, Prosers,
Prose.
