For me it’s painful.
I've gotta FEEEEL.;
Unbearable pain.
Intoxicating pleasure.
Inconceivable rage.
To get these words off my brain.
I gotta LISTEN to
Music
or
Silence
or
Voices
or
Noise.;

It is
My sole companion.
When the(se) words or stories come to mind.
No distraction can bring them to die.
Whatever time
Morning
Noon
Night
or
Day.
No matter the hour
Writing helps me think straight.
Stomach turns sour
Without pen & paper to send
This jumbled mess of thoughts
Away.
Poetry clouds my head.
Causing me to act rash.
Without proof of ink, my words are dead.
Burned and blown awry.,
Scatter the ash.
"Did you let it out.??"
Hells fucking yeah I did.
